This is the ultimate toy hauler, car or race car hauler with a 20ft sleeping quarter and a 24ft garage. It’s the 2006 Roadmaster 8544-S12 Campmaster edition. She is a fully loaded 44ft 5th wheel currently but can also be a gooseneck connection if desired sitting on 7k lb axels with 16” balanced M&S tires.
It was purchased new by Big Sky Harley Davidson and used to haul bikes around initially. There is a single wheel chock for a larger motorcycle and a smaller one that can be inserted into the floor mounts. I purchased it from a gentleman who used it for snowmobile racing in the winter and race cars in the summer. She tows very nicely with cruise set to 73mph but he used to tow it at 80mph very smoothly.
There is a 24ft recently replaced outside awning with a 7ft slide-out (new topper last year) for the dinette area and sleeps 4 comfortably. You have dual propane tanks feeding the 3-burner stove/oven as well as gas heat along with an AC unit in the cabin and one in the garage. It’s all powered by an Onan Microquiet 4k. There is also a fridge/freezer combination, stainless sink, microwave, lighted fan hood, dry bath with shower and a one-year-old Tempur-Pedic memory foam queen $2,500 mattress that was slept on twice. The top cover is also removable and washable. 40 gallons fresh, 20 gallons grey and black and 20 gallons fuel.
The garage has stainless-steel floors, 12v and 120v lighting with flood lights at the entrance and exterior. A nearly brand-new vinyl enclosure with Velcro center seam to keep the heat out in the summer and cold out in the winter while having the rear 88” wide and 82” height door down. You can also exit through the 4ft man door on the passenger side.
